🖥 How to use UPD: your quick start guide

Welcome to UPD – an advanced data and insights platform for property investors and businesses.

To get started, log in into your account and click on the TAKE THE TOUR button ☝️.

Here is your Dashboard summary

It includes:

1. The areas you are tracking

2. The leads in those areas

3. The deal analyser with details about your property prospects

4. Portfolio details for property you already own or control

Now let’s look at Area Research ☝️ in a bit more detail

Here you can add, remove or change areas you are interested in.  Click on Find NEW Area and try adding new areas that meet your requirements.

You can sort on yield, prices, rents and even demand.

Potential Leads ☝️

Now you can add lead filters for your requirements, including budget, strategy, and property types. 

The AI will automatically search all major portal daily for properties matching these filters in those areas.

Deal stacker ☝️

If you have a property that looks good, you can add it to deal stacker who will guide you through all of your due diligence. 

You will also be able to stack common investment strategies and get instant reports.

Your Portfolio ☝️

If you have property, or buy one whilst using the software, you can add it to our portfolio tracker. 

Here you can see your current tasks, finances and details for each property.

Your account - top-right corner ☝️

Here you can change all of your personal details and manage your subscription. 

If you are a Sourcer, you can upload all the relevant documents / certificates.

Tutorial Videos ☝️

On the Menu I'll find Help & Resources and if you click on it you'll see one of the sections - Tutorial Videos.

I recommend you to watch one section at the time then go to your account and put it in practice.

There you'll also find Free Resources ☝️ section where you can book your place for both User Training or Forum. These events are held monthly and are packed with extremely useful information you can't afford to miss out on.
