To reach this page click on Area Research from the menu.


This section shows you key measures for the postcode area performance in real time.


Demand shows the monthly % of stock which sells in the area.


Ask Rent shows the growth or decline in asking rents from every portal this month compared to a rolling 6-month average.


Ask Price shows the growth or decline in asking prices from every portal this month compared to a rolling 6-month average.


The toggle button for Change (%) and Value (£) will update these measures, replacing demand with the average yield, and giving you average asking rent and asking prices for the month in £.


AI generated leads gives you access to our AI search in this area for common investor strategy matches in listing.

Data table gives you a deeper dive on the data for this postcode.


This section shows you rapid due diligence reports for historic trend and allows you to create property shortlists and full area reports suitable for valuation packs and packaging detail.


You can toggle between property types and number of bedrooms. Remember to refresh using the green refresh button when altering.

This section gives you summary data for your selection including a comparison told for the wider areas.


Average asking price and average asking rent are this month averages for that postcode district.


Majority of properties is the inter-quartile range to give you an idea of the range of price for the area excluding outliers.


Yield is average yield based on an average rent and average asking price in the areas.


The demand, rent and asking price performance is then compared to the surrounding area to check if the postcode is a hotspot in the area. Green means it is better than the surrounding area and red means it is worse.
